 Always unwrap and inspect the product immediately upon delivery.  Any damage must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 2 days after receipt of your order.  The product must be returned in it's original condition, in the original packaging along with any literature,warranty and registration enclosed, within 20 days of the invoice date for a  refund of the purchase price.  Email or call us to receive an authorization to return the product.  No product is accepted for return without the authorization confirmation.  You  will be provided paperwork that is to be properly filled out and returned inside the box along with the copy of the invoice.  We will provide a shipping label that must be placed on the outside of the box or it will be refused.  Upon receipt we will inspect the product and if it is found to be defective due to no fault of the customer we will repair or replace it or credit the product at our option.  Credits take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. 

Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.  For your own protection you might consider insuring the product for return shipping since we are not responsible for damage done in shipment.   Any items that are returned past the 20 day limit will not be accepted for return.  All sale or discontinued items may not be exchanged or returned.   Customized or engraved products are not returnable.

Repair:  Middleton Dolls offers a repair service for Middleton Dolls only and will send out a repair authorization form  with prices and an address label upon request which must be filled out and returned with the doll.  A check for the repairs and return shipping must be  enclosed with the doll.  Repairs take approximately six weeks.
